Maybank用户 ，注意注意！

为了保障用户的权益，Maybank 将从6月9日起推出新措施，逐步取消SMS TAC转账服务。

第一阶段Maybank 用户将会同时收到SMS通知和Push Notification，而在第二阶段（2018年第三季度）则将会只收到Push Notification。SMS通知将一律被停止。

当你透过Maybank2u转账超过RM20,000时，你将需透过Secure2u进行验证。 （之前是使用SMS TAC 来完成转账）

所谓的 Secure2u 就是透过Maybank App进行验证程序。Secure2u一共有2种，分别是Secure Verification 和 Secure TAC。

【Secure Verification】

在进行Maybank银行事务时，用户手机的Maybank App将会收到相关验证的通知，用户只需打开 Maybank App选择 Approve 或 Reject 即可完成交易程序。

【Secure TAC】

Maybank App将会即时自行生产一组 TAC，而无需等待Maybank 发送过来的 SMS TAC。

After Login

1. Tap on the drawer menu or 『Me』 from the bottom menu.

2. Tap on 『Secure2u』

Dear Valued Customers,

Effective 9th June 2018, Maybank will be introducing two new security initiatives aimed to enhance customers』 security while performing online banking with Maybank2u:

Secure2u authentication is required for transactions with the value of RM20,000 and above. This will be carried out across two phases, with the second phase being for transactions of RM10,000 and above.

SMS will be replaced with Push Notification to notify customers on their successful transactions. For the first phase in May, customers will receive the status over SMS and Push Notification at the same time. In Q3 2018, the delivery of SMS will be ceased and customers will receivethe status via Push Notifications only.
